The Wiki contains a bit of useful information and it should be easy to click back and forth from the Wiki to the forum and back again...the Wiki does have a link to the forum, but I don't see a link back to the Wiki here on the forum...suggest to add one at the top.

We (I) knew it was there, but you can't get to the main page from the forums. The main page, wiki and forums feel like 3 different sites instead of one place where you can go between them. I hate that it opens a new tab as well... I would love that top bar to be above each site for easy access around (without new tabs!). <3

That would be great.
It should be possible to navigate without having to type anything in.
The home button and board index button at the top of the forum take you to the same destination.
I would suggest updating the links to something like the following. It would give click-based navigation.
Forum
Home -> main page (playphoenix.online)
Board Index -> forum index (forum.playphoenix.online/) (No change)
Main Page (no change needed)
Forum -> forum (forum.playphoenix.online/)
Wiki -> wiki (http://playphoenix.wiki/)
Wiki
Home -> main page (playphoenix.online)
Wiki Home -> wiki (http://playphoenix.wiki/)
