Easy RvR class with low responsibility?

Im used to playing skald in mid. it was easy for me: rupting, assisting when needed a slow here and there and thats about it with an pretty easy to play class.
Well maybe i never was a good skald but it was fine and i enjoyed it.

Now i have to play Hibernia (i blame my RL friends) and im pretty familiar with all classes but not in rvr. im guessing 2nd bard in a group would be something for me but thats not a given with pugs and when i have to lead i dont wanna f my group up by playing bad and not getting first mez out etc.

so whats needed, has not the most responsibility and relative easy to play?

I agree with the guy above me but you will be playing support more than dps. You could spec a tankier warden but there is no shield spec on this server. If you like to smash stuff it sounds like champion is the route you should take.

yeah im not to much in the supporter role.
is champ taken by groups? i thought its all BM and a hero for melee and hybrid groups.

im just looking for a class i can play and not f up my group by not being a good player too much

i guess drui, bard and caster have to be really good, peeler has to have a lot of awareness. MA has to know when and what to engage.
as skald i always felt like a wild card that can almost just do whatever als long as you rupt good and dont overextend to much

for my solo fun ill play NS or ranger not sure on what now but i also want something to run in groups

Champs have some nice toys to play with. Alot of people go with LW for Annihilation. Champs get a snare spell also. Some people wont agree with me but they make good peelers and damage dealers. If i wanted to do damage and have utility spells i would go Champ. To me they are the closest things to Skald in Hibernia minus the speed they dont have that Skalds get. Only downside is your not going to have stoicism which the heros and bms get but you will be able to RA spec in determination which is a big plus..Also you wont have as much hit points as a blademaster but you will be wearing scale armor. I remember when champs had no det and it was terrible. You got mezzed or stunned and if you didnt have purge up you were completely screwed. Things are better now.

Since Warden was mentioned as an easy class, I just wanted to mention that you'll probably be given the job of side-snare, especially in a caster-heavy group. That's a job for which I have zero interest. All other aspects of a Warden, especially healing and including twisting PBT/DA, I'm all in favor of and are fun to play.
