Anyone know the slowest blade weapon in this realm?

I guess it's 4.2 then for blade (and for Hero).

Why are you aiming for the slower one for a Hero?

I think there's a swing speed cap for weapons and you want a slower weapon so you don't hit the cap and you do more damage overall. I think.

You need to find a template+base stats+weapn speedto get as close as 1.5 speed
Do not go under.
Do not go way too far or you loose damage (over time).

I'm a little confused about the additional haste part. Is that like percentage? like you put in 15 and that means 15%?

Yup! Just put in whatever haste buff you have. The lower haste buff is 11% and the higher one (pot on beta, charge on live) is 17%

If 8man that's a fair assumption. However if you smallman or solo with any regularity I would suggest looking at what your character could realistically use without severely draining the bank.

Best choice is having a weapon to play group (with haste) and one to play solo (no haste buff or lesser one). Both weapon speed getting you closest of 1.5 cap.
