How anything is properly getting tested with everyone running around with rr6, free raid weapons and fully templated confuses me.

Not every person in RvR will have this combo. I'm just asking if you guys can take the extra time to consider that in no way shape or form is every character going to be able to perform at such a high % due to what is needed.

Red Str/Con and Red Dex/quick is much more easily obtainable in some realms then others.. please consider stuff like this when you are making changes.
the line is never going to even or balanced I just don't want it going either way even further due to EVERYONE getting them for free currently.

my thoughts, and perhaps flawed is that they've equipped everyone at the same level, same stats, same RR to mitigate as much variance to things like spell/melee damage. I'm sure they have a nice spreadsheet or graph showing damage by X class to X class and vice versa for tuning purposes. I may be wrong.

What has been getting nerfed/changed based on the current state of the server?

Is this really a post about the stealth lore potions...?

They would likely make more sense to me than this post.
