why conc if have moc?

They are both useful and have cool downs would be my guess.

I actually like conc 5 more than moc
But both is really nice

At RR7L2
Serenity 1
MoF 2
Aug Dex 2
MoArts 5
Purge 2
Then a combination of MoC and Conc with rest of the points
I’d prob go Conc 4 MoC 3
