I tested this RA as AoM9 for some time now, and as far as i can tell, its way to weak for the amount of RPs put into it.
(i am aware that AoM is calculated secondary)
The best case of AoM9 was a mitigation of 80-110 Dmg. This was once when hit by a Crit Earth Wiz bolt and on rather regularly occasions when getting Debuff nuked (heat/Body).
On more regular Basis its like 20-50 Dmg mitigation, if u have Resist Timers; and 60-70 Dmg when you have none (just max Temp Resistances)
(only spells counted that did total Damage of ~400-750)
34 Rps used for these measly numbers is absolutely horrible ROI.
Going for the "sweet spot" AoM5 (10 RPs) u get 10%, so basically half as effective as the numbers from above.
AoM5 is the most anyone should ever go for, and even that is rather not worthwhile.
The Values of this RA should be pushed up a little in general. Or at least from AoM6 and higher for better ROI (=Return of Investment).
Ex. AoM: 2 / 3 / 5 / 7 / 10 / 12 / 15 / 17 / 20 -------> 3 / 5 / 9 / 12 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 35 / 45
