Add porters to the border keeps that only the realm that ORIGINALLY owns the keep to port to.
Example: The keep in Emain has a port for hibernia players to port to.
If taken the new owners (Alb/Mid) wouldNOT receive a porter. It would simply go away for the Hibernia realm because they do not own the keep anymore. This means they would have to run there just like now. All this does is add another element to the game and make keeps more valuable. Nothing changes because players can take the port away by taking the keep.
This makes the 3 boarder keeps more strategic and worthwhile to own. It also increases action for places like Emain, Odins, and Hadrins when those realm tasks are active because all 3 realms have a chance of getting there quickly. This adds more logistics to daoc that will help mitigate the zerg. This also has an added side effect of splitting up stealthers. Instead of them stealth at the wall they now have two areas of opportunity to roam (the gate and the keep) instead of just the gate.
If keeps and relic rewards are worth while the zerg will naturally fight each other for the keeps. Once the zergs start fighting over keeps this will allow smaller groups/solo's to roam in between and find good fights.
