Qui vs MoArchery

So is Qui better point for point then MoArchery? I mean should I get qui as far as RA's then MoA after I get to 250 qui? Trying to maximiz my draw sped for crit,reg and RF. My RF is at 1.6s, reg shot is 3.6 and crit is 3.8s if those stats help. Any suggestions would be appreciated or if thats the max then I guess I am good to go. TIA

To me capping Quick makes more sense, because it also applies to your melee attacks.

So I would cap Quick and then invest in MoArms and/or MoArch.

I tested this out myself since Phoenix conveniently displays the bow speed.

It seemed that mastery of archery did a heck of a lot more than quickness in terms of bow speed.

With each level of arch, my crit shot went down by around 0.1 seconds.

With Aug Quickness, my bow speed didn't go down at all even with high investment.
