Charm Mob Resistrate Adjustment for Next LvL Playing Field Event

Hey guys, i played minst and ment in the last 2 events and have to say the 15% resistrate on the /event pet charm is terribly annoying - it does break your speed and every now and then ruins your 5v5 too.

I think the majority of the community could probably get behind a general 5% resistrate for the /event pet.

But if you want to keep open the option to choose a higher lvl pet you could work on the command and make it:

/event pet 0 = pet lvl set to 0% resistrate

/event pet 5 = pet lvl set to 5% resistrate

/event pet 10 = pet lvl set to 10% resistrate

/event pet 15 = pet lvl set to 15% resistrate

/event pet 20 = pet lvl set to 20% resistrate

Something along this line, or just set it to 0% or 5% for convenience of the majority of players.

Thanks a lot, event was tons of fun again! Looking forward to the next one.

You want lower resist rates? Spent more points into Light Magic.

But, maybe there could be an argument to implement a command to spawn various lvls of pets.

Minstrels would rather have a higher Lvl pet.
As do Light Mentalists.
While Mentalism/Mana would rather have lower lvl pets.
Sorcerers don't care either way.

Don't think you can lose a pet with 15% resist rates and drop speed due to this on phoenix. It's an issue if you need to recharm though, I always use a 5% resist pet for grp rvr due to this on minstrel.

The way it works is if it resists once and nxt charm tick hits nothing happens, if it resists twice you lose the pet and if it is in melee range to you, you lose speed (and bladeturn on ment) - or you lose the pet if it lost the speedtick at the wrong moment, before the next recharm ticks or doesn't get speed tick timely after the recharm - theoretically you can lose any pet with a higher than 0 resistrate - but at 15% the chance is very real if you look at it from a 300 run perspective.

So far in the event i can not do that - if i spend more points in light/instruments i get a higher lvl pet, the resistrate stays at 15% unless i go higher in instruments/light than 15% resistrate on yellow pet.

Phoenix has a card deck like anti streak protection. So with 15% I never encountered 2*resist in a row.

Then you didn't play enough, i am not the first to open a threat about this topic. Play a toon to 5L5 and i guarantee you will get speed broken and lose your pet mid fight at least 10 times. - I know it is not a super huge amount, but it is terribly annoying, if it happens.
