more frequent foggy weather in crau/beno/bled

and task spots will encourage solo play

(small man also)

the weather will make it all naturally.

we dont need to make some specific play rules

even dont need player’s cooperation

and easy to go back if theres some trouble

Would be pretty cool if the /fairfight would show a solo task list in the less trafficed areas since this command isn't really used. Would probably encourage people to use it then.

And should seperate the /fairfight list from solos and duos, i think this was the main problem for this not being a success, as duos would hunt down solos.

I don't think the weather would solve the problem at all.

If there was a reward for fairfight for solo and smallman, it would be used waaaay more than it currently is. Give it a reward that scales for the players involved like /gvg. No reward is why it isn’t used.

I don't recommend messing with the frequency of weather but I do think each weather event (except for default clear sky) should last longer. Storms and Fog in particular are very brief

The game already registers solo kills, why not build on it?

E.g. getting a solo kill grants you a 10% more rp buff for 10 minutes. Stacks up to 5 times, lost on death. And you gain 100 additional RPs for every stack your opponent had on a solo kill.

Additionally, there is an NPC in the relic town listing the 10-20 most recent solo kills. E.g. "Paul assassinated Peter in Hadrians Wall". You can only access this NPC while not grouped.

Maybe throw in a little bonus for visible characters so it does not become a steathlers only thing.

Bonus or not, it would still only be a stealthier thing

That would be pretty much stealther only....or rather assassin only; ...or more specific: (Relic Town) Dock/EV-bridge Campers only.

During the 1v1 Arena event..prolly Necromancers only. Maybe BDs too.

The problem is that anything that boosts soloers rewards is going to disproportionately benefit assassins and speed6-ers because they comprise the vast majority of soloers. Unless these changes came with poison and instrument nerfs, it’s not worth it.

A NEW SEPARATE solo /Task zone on a 45 minute rotation
Only solo kills within the /Task zone will earn you contribution
Non-solo kills are worth less than normal in this zone. The multiplier equation is: x 2/(RR-1), with a max of 1.0.
For example, if you are RR1 to RR3 you get 100% of normal RP for non-solo kill. If you are RR4 you get 66% of normal RP, RR5 is 50%, RR6 is 40% …
Fights around keeps and towers are exempt from this reduced RP for non-solo kills.
Solo players can port to this zone (random drop location) from two furthest docks, or solo keep zone. (E.G Alb can port from Bold and Beno docks and Folley Lake).

And one additional thing to encourage people to fight naturally rather than duel towns…
After you get a solo kill you are worth +1000 RPs for 60 seconds.

Think about it… you come across 2 ppl fighting. You wait for them to finish cleanly so that the winner is worth more RPs, then you engage…

So we'll have more assassins with Viper 5 and 5 weapons in the inventory ready to be switched and also more ministrels with orange/red pets
