Change pet names to include their owner.

I don't know if it's possible but it would be nice to know who cast a pet at least in PVE. Then we could tell who cast a pet in Sidi/Galla/TG, etc. that shouldn't have.

Loving this idea, adding a <Playername> under the pet name perhaps?
Another off-topic example of where there is toxic behaviour: every time ive been in a RvR BG, theres always some massive douchebag dropping random wrong boats the exact moment the BG leaves, would it be possible to add a message in chat like <Player summoned a boat to <location>>?

"Wrong boats" are not wrong boats tbh.
Yeah, there are some few people who drop those boats to troll, but people do drop those boats for their own destination.
Don't estimate everyone around you is following BG.

And it is extremely easy to not take wrong boat.
Just left click the boat to see if it is the right one, and then right click to hop on it.
