Well the choice is up to you really, to me the 5 dex gain is not better than the 10 int gain. But the celt is smaller and better looking haha??? if that means anything. The only thing really is the 5% spirit vs 5% matter and 5 energy%. Spirit is a thing now with the 3 debuffs combined now. But again, to me not worth it. I would go Sylvan.
