Feather Item DoTs

Vest of the Veil Warder- Heat DoT
Broodmother Fang- Energy DoT

these do not stack, is that intended or a bug?
both feather items but different dmg types, or is it based on source?.....feather, Alch, Envenom, ect

Source, to be more specific spell line with base and spec line being 2 different lines but all item spells being a single line.

Alchemy DoT is an alchemy DoT, not an item DoT.
