2 Factor Authentication required

Hi. I just trying logging into the game again and upon putting in my login information if prompted me that the launcher needed 2 factor Authentication. It sent me the email and to verify my IP address on it. It also says "IF YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE IP BELOW DO NOT FOLLOW THE VERIFICATION LINK!" Well the ip address listed is not the ip address my computer is reporting as it's IP address. So where do i go from here?

yep, same here, my IP is different from what was emailed to me, yet I can log into the forums just fine with my normal log in. cannot log in, and refuse to authorize an IP address I don't know.

I sent Cooky a message in discord 5 days ago and haven't heard anything back. This is 15 days since i wrote this support issue post. Is there anyone else in admin that can help?

same thing here. won't let me log in. created an account 45min or so ago. works for forums, not the game.

the ip addres in email doesnt match what i got.
i have sent a tell to Saibaba, Tyrael & Benfalk.
