I'm not sure exactly how RPs are calculated on Phoenix. I would love to see the formula detailed.
What I do know is it is more efficient to kill in groups. For example, if I am solo and get a kill it is roughly 1k RPS. If an 8-man rolls me I don't think they get 125 apiece - I think (don't know for sure) that they get 200 or so each. In order to promote more fair fights and less FG+ of stealthers I suggest an adjustment to the RP calculation.
I suggest the number of RPs you get is proportional to the group size you are in vs. the groups size you fight. The formula would be ((RP * Enemy group size) / My group size). The result would be:
The primary reason so many stealthers group up in large numbers on the server is its more efficent to earn RPs that way. Why should they earn more RPs when the majority of their kills are simple numbers - killing 1v5 or 2v8? On the other hand, if a solo can kill one member of a duo before they die shouldn't that come with a larger reward? If a 5-man can kill an 8-man shouldn't that come with many more RPS?
I believe the above calculation change would discourage behavior that border on griefing (scout/mins duo killing all the xpers for example) while rewarding players who are able to overcome uneven odds.

- Unchanged RPS for 8v8
- Almost no change for BG vs BG
- Reduced RPS and Discourage the 8-man running down small man
- Reduced RPS for the stealth groups killing solos at docks
- Reward a solo who can kill a member of a stealth group before they die
- Reward a small man who can kill members of an 8-man
