New raid rewards

Are these 5 decent utility items quest rewards? Or would they get put into the bg chest and be rolled on after the raid?

From the sounds of it, they're quest rewards ("They will reward the players with 5 decent utility items. Each item will exist in two different versions, one for casters and one for melee classes. Depending on your class you will either get the one or the other. The items will be tradeable between players. You need to be at least level 45 to start the quest.".

So is it ONE raid/quest for each realm?
Or THREE?
