I mean no disrespect to Midgard Players

I know many Midgard players are frustrated that your realm is almost always underpopulated, but I honestly think you can look no further than your own realm for the reasons of this; Of all the realms it's Midgard that seem to want to break off into small man and 8 man groups, your fragmented small man and 8 man groups stand about as much chance against The Albion and Hibernian zergs as a trailer park in the path of an F5 tornado and let's be honest, Albion and Hibernia zerg more. I honestly don't know what can be done, I wish I did, I think Midgard has some of the better classes in the game, which is why I believe it's the small man/8 man groups that's causing Midgard's decline; For example the thane ( to my knowledge) is the only class in the game that can fill the roll as a chain wearing melee combatant and also the roll as a heavy damage caster. In the old Dark Age forums I seen many refer to thanes as chain wearing wizards.

You can`t force ppl to play the zergish pvdoor style if they don`t want to. Ppl play for fun, and if it isn`t fun they don`t play at all.

There is no solution for the Midgard problem. You either have a 100+ Zerg running, or zero. There is nothing in between. Even when Mids have to walk from docks the whole day,- its sometimes impossible to gather 2-3 FG.
The best example yesterday. It was foreseeable that the FZ would be overrun, but impossible to organize 2 full groups to defend it. The day before we had 150 people together within 1.5 hours.
It's a phenomenal thing I can't figure out.

I can pretty much guarantee that no one that runs 8man or smallman gives a shit about relics. Relics on this server mean very little.

Solos, Smallmen, 8 slot and even 16 slots don`t play for the relics and i`ve never heared those players complaining about that Midgard has no relics.

And your answer is no solution for the fact that raiding keeps ( mostly empty keeps + towers ) is no fun for them.
If you have a solution that ppl play something that isnt fun let me know.

at least my post points them in the general direction of their population decline. Your post, aside from it being laced with a bit of hostility when hostility isn't warranted, has no relevance or use.

No need skills in a Zerg , the fact is mids need love , alot of love. Albs Minstrels are over power ( you can see a tons of them ) and the stun of Hibs casters is a game changer. Nothing but skills in mids give you victory.
