Made the test with a 46enh, RR3 specced friar (+5 enh from gear and RR so 51 composite enh)

I stopped at MoA 4 since for friar it's mainly dex/and qui that are targetted to be capped but I believe you'll need MoA 6 to cap Con buff wich isn't worth the spec imo.
