Nerf: 11.3 Add Dmg Charge / Proc

I was wondering if its possible to nerf this add dmg.

I understand its the highest add dmg possible but I think need to be reduced:

The it's increasing the dmg is insane (see photo)

MH is hitting at 136 - Add dmg at 41
OF is hitting at 61 - ADd dmg at 36

Dont you think there is an issue?

it's 30s and on the same timer as legion items (endu for tanks which is used in groups and heal for solos)...
On the armore, it makes you a lot less tanky.
So I don't think it's OP. This guy seems to have a swing speed problem on top to have an add dmg that big

how the OH id doing that much dmg - 36 for a swing of 61 versus 41 for a swing at 136 - dont make sense

albs have it as a weapon proc aswell as dq debuff, free use for legion
hibs have dq debuff weapon, at least NS has to charge DA
mids neither have dq debuff nor DA proc which leaves mids to decide between legion, dq or DA

plz remove DA proc weapons or give to everyone, it is really overpowered
though i have to admit that the numbers shown above are very high... normally its around 30 main and 20 oh

Albs also have access to a Str/con debuffing bow proc. Mid doesn't have that.

mids have a dex/quick debuff hammer and a st/con debuff sword.... all 3 realms have a stat debuff weapons

Sb can triple dots with axes
We can't do it on hib or alb because the weapons are crap or good but in spec that nobody uses (piercing).
Each realm has pro and cons...

Exactly 🤣 similar add dmg as the main hand means similar weapon speed, probably a 3.6 or a 3.7 off-hand
A ery bad choice if he's not supported by an Healer celerity 🤷‍♂️

I am all for either removing the DA proc weapons entirely, or adding them to balance the realms. I will be so excited to stop speccing PF for a DA buff if Hib gets a DA proc blade. That said, it isn't a huge issue overall as far as i can tell.

As to the values in the picture, the DA is calculated on the swing speed of the weapon, not the style damage done on the attack, so the weapons likely have a similar speed is all.

reactive retributive tincture at feather merchant. I would prefere a volatile on mid too, but better then nothing

The staff were going to implement a feature where you can break down a proc weapon/armor and imbue the proc from one thing to another. People complained everyone would just use full galla heal on everything. I agree you shouldn't be able to use galla vest but something along these lines with restrictions(no galla heal, no 150 abs, whatever) would be awesome. Like noah said earlier, mids get the good triple dot option, and good bleeds in axe to boot, would be really nice to have an option like that in hib. The only blade that has that proc is 3.3 spd mh :/. This way we'd all be happy without sacrificing character/realm uniqueness too much.

meanwhile every hib melee can get the shadowwalker blade
meanwhile every alb melee can get azure thrusters with DA and dq debuff and also there are slash weapons with these procs

Okay I'll retract the axe comment, yeah dual shadows is definitely king, not disputing that. Triple dot is very effective you just need a lot of redundant weapons for swaps (which most shades have anyway).

Mid would be able to break down your hammers for Dex qui debuff and make your own dex qui debuff proc for a crafted spear for instance. This change would be amazing for hunters/sbs too.
