If you’re unable to get help I’d say just delete the stuff on your old account and make a new account with the username you like once instant 50 starts or beta ends.

In what regard do you mean? Your forum name or perhaps your actual account name.
The forum name is your account name if that is the name you wish to change you can do the following.
1. Wait until i50 and remake all your toons.
2. Wait until server launches and then choose the new name.
Currently we have no way to change your account name tmk or at least not that it would be useful at this stage of the game.
