should df weapons get procs?

DF diamond weapons and staffs get no procs.

DF diamond shields get 10 charge instant cold dd 95 dmg

Should there be procs on df weapons/armor?

There definitely should be procs on DF gear. I'd report this to the bug tracker and have them take a look. I can't remember for sure if DF gear had procs on armor back in the day, but either way they should on this server since RoG gear does.

From memory, the emerald ones didn't but the sapphires had a lv 43 proc and diamonds had a lv 50 proc
