Haha same here. I'm surprised they even give players extra chances on some of those. It's VERY VERY simple to obey the rules

9.0 In-game Behavior

9.1 Pulling or leading a hostile NPC or creature along behind you and attempting to get it to attack another player who does not desire that engagement.

9.2 Attacking an already attacked creature without the consent of the player who pulled the mob/s first, is strictly forbidden.

1st offense: Warning
2nd offense: 1-day ban
3rd offense: 7-day ban
4th offense: 4-weeks ban
5th offense: Permaban of Player

I think these situations should be incidents. Attacking one player's mob, at the same time or with a sleight delay-- like when a necro casts and then a pet casts-- should not result in an incident or an offense.

When the guy has been doing it for 5 minutes after you asked him nicely to stop-- that is an offense.

As for training mobs onto other players, same thing. If you run from a bear and the bear eats someone else it is hardly your fault. But if you do it, and keep doing it, then it for sure is your fault.

So if a cab comes into a camp and aoe dots it, you can't attack one of his mobs when he pulled the entire camp? Also, if someone is attacking your mobs, what if you attack that mob back or start doing it yourself. Etc.

Just wait until live when people are farming xp items. That is where you will get your test

If two necros are chain pulling a camp they own it? if a cave shaman is aoe pulling a camp, do they own it?

I think spawn rate will have to be dynamic when people go for those xp items.

Yeah there won't be problems with necros/cabs/animist/etc fighting over camps, particularly on xp items, on live.

SMH

If I said the sky was blue some of you would climb into trees and hurl feces.

I understand the rule as actively and intentionally attacking other players mobs with your character.
Since pets often times are not controlled by the owner and automatically attack everything in their path, the rule probably doesnt apply there as long as a player doesnt intentionally place said pets in agro range of a farming (stationary) player or group.

As a GM we take all appeals serious and make sure to investigate all actions taken by a player.

We are not here to ban players who are appealed we are here to enforce rules if they are broken.

If an animist has FnF pets setup and someone runs a away from a mob and the animist gets agro. This is not the same as a person who tries to intentionally kill a player by kiting mobs through the camp.

This also goes for players who are using a focus pull and or a necro pulling mobs.

I would suggest that if you are in a close radius camp to talk to your fellow player and make sure that they know what direction or what types of pulls you are planning to do.

Most of the time a little bit of small talk between both parties can resolve these types of issues. Yet if players feel the need to go above and beyond to harass and or attack players who are trying to enjoy the game. You might just get an invitation to join a staff member for a chat.
