Green Bone Deadeyes ignore Vanish and Stealth

Vanished after on a BD getting heals and his deadeyes not only kept firing but took me out of stealth.

Came back and fought SOMEONE ELSE. Killed them. Stealthed. When I was in range of deadeyes they opened fire on me while I was stealthed.

Chased me out of the keep. Killed a hunter trying to take advantage of the situation while kitting the deadeyes so they couldn't fire.

Stealthed, AGAIN, and the deadeyes continued to follow me. Ultimately leading to my death as the three kobies giving chase could look at the deadeyes as pointer dogs and check anywhere along the line they were looking.

Strongly suggest forbidding them from RvR till fixed. No BD uses bone army seriously in RvR, DS, nor HoH.

Edit : Forgot to mention the best part. The commander never came after me so I couldn't focus him to kill the pets.

LT from SUpp gor nerfed from 4 sec to 6 seconds. A long time ago darkness pets got nerfed in RvR so nobody really went high Darkness anymore. With those 2 changes, I see a lot of Bonearmy going on now. Just saw 2 bonearmy BD's roaming in EV. Nerfs of speccs will always lead to people speccing in another line to test it.

As for pets in generel. I sometimes have the same issue with other pet classes, especially Necros. When they add and I try to run away to stealth I get kicked out, either by casts then or the pet runs up to me.

AFAIK this was also the case on live at that patch state and afaik it was intended.
I realized the same nearly a year ago and found some old forum entries where it was stated that it is not a bug.

BA-BDs are absolutely gimp in RvR situations and especially in 1v1 situations. The whole utility comes down to AE-Dot (with a laughable damage value) and the bone archer destealthing stealthers.

Dark got nerfd, Sup got nerfd, you want to take away the bone archer destealth ability? Fine, but raise the ae-dot base damage to 87 (same as Wizard).

You barely see BA-BDs, I haven't seen a BA-BD with bone archers for a long time (you usually run with 3 green healpets, otherwise you are dead soon anyway).
Best way to counter it is to kill the BD (EZ, only 2 green healpets, green lifedrain and no 1v1 utility), kill the Deadeye (one-hit by quite everything and usually overextended), kite or Vanish afterwards.

Why should they forbid them completely, if nobody is using them anyway?

Because it is a spec based on exploiting. I admit, it is easy to kill offensive based BDs but as I said he was getting heals.

I doubt anyone would go through the effort of having a BA spec BD patrol with a healer patrolling from the walls for bait. Still, leaving something that exists purely for cheese doesn't seem what this server is about.

Seems odd that is intended. I know things aren’t to be symmetrical , but having only one realm with “true sight” seems off

Of course it's a bug. Although wanting it as compensation for the increased LT duration is just lol

That "bug" exists for at least 1,5 years, if not since the beginning of this server, which shows that barely anyone is running with deadeye or dies before he can take advantage of it.

Not really a reason for an outrage or necessity to take it out of the game.

Exactly why I say remove it from RvR but leave it in the game.
