Which combinations work?

I’m mainly been trying to twist power/ablative and can’t get them running same time continuously.

Tried using a macro and even worse results

I don't think twisting is possible with a macro due to cast times on the song, that would require delays which aren't allowed. I can twist any two of the power/heal/speed songs easily, but ablative not sure what the issue is there.
