NS template items....? - Phoenix Freeshard

I got the Galla vest and neck quest item
I have some 65+ items(3) that will work well with the new system coming to bump up the utility

I’ll be doing a player made weapon template

Q: Are there any other quest items that are good or other feather items to consider for armor or accesories

A good start will be the following:
SI necklace (you already have this)
Two Tark rings
Frontier Cloak (giant or something)

That only leaves 4 ROGs to deal with. Someone pointed out some good bracers on the feather merchants but I can't remember what they were

It's important to make a template without a MH.
The SI necklace sucks because it will mkae you overcap.
The tarka ring can go in your inventory if you don't have 80+ rogs to compensate everywhere else.
I play without the galla vest, the add dmg is way more important so I have chest and arms with the epic proc. I think I will do the same for the legs in a near future, it's too OP.

For what it’s worth...
Quest neck
Galla vest
Two 100% armor
Three 99% armor
MH/OH 99% weapons
Staff 99% (+7) Envenom swap in to apply
Other accessories low 50’s to Mid 60’s utility

Capped all except 2 resists 1% & 1 resist 2%
Of which I will fix when new Jewelry craft system comes in

you buy them for 1000 feathers at tnn

TNN is a large place, where exactly? Alchemist can't make the epic proc?
