Fix snare poison

Make it so once damage is taken the snare is broke. Should not be able to have a permanent snare on target and be able to freely nuke their target. This mostly applies to nightshades who won't even engage in melee. Seeing way to many nightshades use this tactic.

Snare poison should be meant as a getaway tool.

I remember the days of caster assassins in 2007 on live, when you'd have groups of Nightshades doing nothing but assist nuking down people from stealth, never attacking at all. So glad to see that's making its way here (/sarcasm).

Makes no sense to make it break after damage, because your ennemy is suposed to be under a dot at all time. So it would make the snare poison useless for the 3 asn.

The solution is the same as for the scout, interupt them before they can cast.

So no.

Okay, then make the duration 20 seconds as opposed to a full minute.

We already ask for 1mn disease instead of 2 and it's nowhere to be seen
