Champion Levels 2020-2021

I would like to propose to implement some kind of champion levels in Phoenix:

Once I reach level 50, I can:
- Instance (DS/HoH) for feather and exp bonus
- Farm (salvage/treasurehunt) for money and crafting
- RvR and Duel for RR and fun

When you do RvR you can unlock some abilities that you can use in both RvR and PvE.
When you do Instance you get +1 all stats and 1% bonus resist/hp/pow only for those instances.
When you do farming/solo pve you don't get anything.
It would be good to introduce champion levels, maybe tie them to the horse, to reskin, or to some other cosmetics.
You could use task items, quests, task completion tokens, tasks to level your champion exp.
It could be a big grind like keeping the exp curve growing up to lvl 65.

Champion Levels would:
- give you 5 realm points per level, but cannot go above RR points cap.
- increase your hp/per con ratio
- Allow you to unlock new quests and farm locations, like catacombs or special dungeons.

With the addition of dungeon quests (which i think is a good idea) for the lower level toon's i am now looking forward to level an alt to complete these.
Following this, i think it could be a good use of resource for the staff to look at some additional PvE material for level 50's.. & Why not a version of Champ levels.

Firstly, I don't think any sort of PvE based system should reward RP's. But champion levels style things to unlock could be:

2. exp potions
3. second bind-port stone
3. horse based goodies
4. Some 60ish utility jewellery
5. A title
6. Culminating in unlocking the champion weapon re-skin for your class..

This will look emotional:
1) BG following RvR is even more brainless grind than PvE... So why not give points to spend for RR skills/passive. You can get 10L+ just following BG like a maniac. I got 5L by going in RvR less than 10 times. Going 10L you'd have to have a passion for it, if you don't you still cant access those skills/passive that you want for PvE.
2) 60ish jewelry I started to salvage, its trash
3) exp potions we already have and 10% is useless, when people don't care about going to spot with 200% bonus and cap exp...
4) Titles for sure if there are slots open
5) champion reskin are ugly ^^

I was really advertising more creative rewards, that have a reason, you grind 10L for a reason same for PvE, the rewards have to be reasonably attractive.

The pvm part needs some boosting. The server already "makes" people do pvm, because people need feathers and cash to fund their templates. Doing Fins and Galladoria over and over again isn't that much fun, so it would be great if there were more raiding/other opportunities for casual players in particular (DS/HoH doesn't really cater for casual players).

I've always enjoyed the pvm part of DAoC - and there should be some way to balance its inclusion without pulling a ToA (nobody wants to spend a tedious amount of time in pvm before going into rvr). So providing other "goodies" apart from gold/feathers, as suggested above, might also be quite nice.

the people can do feather throught RVR or cheap buying from another player. i got 160k feather and earned 100p for bounty points only throught RVR!

Definitely not down with adding champion levels for any of the things you mentioned other than maybe opening up access to PvE zones.

DAoC is at its base an RvR game, not a PvE game. That's what sets it apart from other MMOs. PvE exists basically to prepare you for RvR and to flesh out the world. It can be enjoyable, but if you like it that much, you can level alts, you can compete for time trial titles for DS/HoH, and you can collect remains.
