cant sign in. still have not gotten a confirmation email.

I signed up for the forums, game is all installed including the phoenix patcher. when I try to sign in I was originally told that my user name and or password were not valid. I spoke with someone name Cooky. after that I when I tried to sign in it told me I need a two factor authentication. as I mentioned I have not received a confirmation email.

Maybe seems obvious but this email ALWAYS goes to my junk mail, have you taken a look there?
