Bow speed....lowest and crit shot penalty

Anyone know the time added to cs ?
I assume it’s a percentage of a regular shot.

What is the cap on bow speed?
Again I’m assuming is a percentage of rated bow speed

If course...that’s why I want to know the cap. Then I don’t waste RA points.

Is the cap the same for a 5.5 speed bow as a 4.0 bow?

And CS is based off regular shot time...I’d just like to know what it is supposed to be
