The non-bolt cave shaman nuke has a 20s recast. It has a longer cast and recast than any other spec DD, for less damage. Removing recast seems like a bug fix.
They also have 10% melee crit despite having no access to styles. Where exactly did they specialize in critting an unstyled weapon? My suggestion would be 5% healing and magic crit chances. Each shaman has base heals and a base DoT to utilize these.
Health regeneration spells give no RP for its healing.
One of the three growth stats is Strength, I would hope this swaps to Dex as Str offers no benefit.
The spec damage add is very low. It has a value of 4.6, which is more in line with damage shields (4.5) than it is for comparable damage add. For example the Runemaster's level 39 DA has a value of "9" while the Shaman DA has a value of "4.6" at 44. Both are spec realm buffs, no conc.
Thank you for your time.
