NPC buffers?

While I'm glad there is a one account policy and conc buffs will have range limit, I was wondering if there will be NPC buffers in PvE zones, and/or in the PvP zones like live servers had last time I played.

They have said no, there are full buff pots you can get that are designed to balance feather accumulations and economy.

I wouldn't use the word "full" as these pots do not come very close to"full" buffs, once again tilting the balance of power much more into the 8 man arena who will be running with full buffs.

By full I meant all the buffs (str, con, dex, quick, s/c, d/q, haste, etc etc).

What cos if you had capped buffs you'd be winning 8v1?
