Leprechaun Staffs not dropping in CF

So I just killed 52 leps in CF and didnt get a single Lep Staff.
As they are all 50+ I assume they should drop these staffs like stated here (https://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=671)
Got plenty of Rogs, so before I open a bug report I wanted to ask here if it is intended behavior that the drop rate may be ultra low or if these are missing completely in the drop table.

named drops were removed and replaced by rogs with higher drop rate
