Plans on Keep Warfare?

Thanks to Splitquick (who else), we were able to get 2+ groups to go get us some keeps. Before I give my opinion on what went wrong and right, I would like to hear from staff what are the plans for siege warfare, will it stay the same as it is now? What's in the pipeline?

thank you for the link, I've not seen it before. However...I would like to hear from staff still, the latest info they have for us. I agree with the link's post but there are still lots of open questions. "Harder" part - believe me, we've seen yesterday but we were alone, no defenders. Take one group to defend and even if we had 4 groups, we would probably not make it.

I would like to know at what state the siege in game is at, was it looked at and decided upon or there are still changes incoming?

Keeps are still under construction. We will let you know, when we are done with it. We will have a rp pool where winners and losers of a siege will be rewarded (winner gets 75% and losers 25%). This will include rps and some feathers.

Also we will have some special features for relics. Hopefully most of it will be done in the next two weeks. But dont blame me, if not.

Will the importance of siege equipment be bumped? All I've seen now is melees on doors to bring it down rather than any sort of equipment being required.

I want to see someone rock the Crafter gear for higher encumbrance as a siege mule.

I found the 'upgrade' also a bit harsch... ^^ After a rog farming sessions in hib, we decided ourselves for a 17g ticket home, and my sm was the last one to 'leave' : i managed to mezz a guardian, sent then pet on him (wanted to play a bit), but as soon the mezz was broken, the guardian jumped on me an one-hitted me for 865 (-70) damage. Kinda weird for capped melee resistances lvl 50 toon, even if i wear a pyjama . Wish my bersi would make 1/4 of this damage, any news on that btw ? ;-)
