Hi, is the server already playable? If yes is going to be a full wipe in the future?

This is the roadmap

This is the current state, pre-alpha testing. In progress. No firm dates yet.

It is playable, though not everything is completed, and yes there will be wipes, probably more than one before we go into season 2 launch.

We have had pre alpha now since march, any update on next phase ?

No dates as of yet, work will be completed as time allows.
