Rog LT do hit for more damage but they have a lower proc rate, the healing is a bit lower and the resistrate is higher because of only being level 47 instead of 50 like a feather LT weapon.
As a savage you do not have access to Mastery of Focus so you can't get a Rog LT to level 50.
the healing should about be the same since the dd delves higher
does mof actually work for procs? thats would be an unfair advantage for all hybrids tbh
On Avergae the healing is about 10 HP higher from feather. I tested it with Tuscar sword(also 65 with 100% return) and other SB's like Naas or Tamy came to the same conclusion. 60% from 95 is 57. So depending on the proc damage etc it can vary. I mean the difference isn't huge on one proc, but I think with the higher procrate, lower resistrate and so on over time the feather LT will be more noticable.
Yes, Mastery of Focus works on everything that is magic related. weapon Procs, Style procs, Poison etc.
nice so NS can bump all their procs wtf
while archers got their moarcana nerfed ;( feels unfair tbh
how much higher is the resist chance for lvl 47 spells? i mean rog DD is 31% higher, does that not win over time?
Yeah back in the stealther forum I wrote about it and I also laugh at every NS not speccing atleast 2 points into MoF.
Each level is 0.5% more resist, so it is 1.5% morel for level 47. LT has also a 2.5% more base resist. So for level 47 LT it is 14% resist.
Well the Rog does more damage but it has less procrate and more resistrate. In my opinion that is why feather items are better because you can count on them more. In the end I don't use LT procs, either feather or Rog for RvR. Dot it is. It is all more a debate what you prefer more.
