This is something we were discussing in the Discord today and was a big issue last night, so I figured I'd put it here for the Devs et al to see!
Keep Lords seem way overly buffed. It can take longer to kill the Lord than it does to get the doors open, which is really backwards to me. It just has soooo much HP! Once the doors are down, the keep lord shouldn't be the biggest challenge. Especially considering by that point, the other realm is very wise to the keep being attacked and are mounting a defense. Trying to kill the lord while being pushed from the bottom is basically impossible without a massive zerg which to be honest, I don't think you're going to see a lot of because there's a big 8-man culture here.
