A lot of the styles are messed up for light tanks/assassins/rangers for the time of this server.

On this server it is still after evade for Mercs. Bleeds are a core balancing point for light tanks vs heavy tanks & merc effectively doesn't have access to it.
The bleed damage is currently the same for infil and merc. Giving infils a lot of extra power they shouldn't have. Bleeds are a balancing point & should not be enhanced for others. It should be 7 not 25. Spamming this style at near cap attack speed does goofy things.
Infils have this significantly boosted style damage when it should be merc only.
The same issues exist in hib and mid.

- The Dual Wield combat style Dark Tendrils is now based off Parry for Mercenaries. Formerly it was based off Evade. Please note that Infiltrators will still have Evade as the opening for this style.

- Increased bleed damage for Dual Wield combat styles Dark Tendrils and Dual Shadows. This is a Mercenary ONLY change - other classes that receive Dual Wield will not see increased bleed effects on these styles
