A legendary spellcrafter can upgrade the stats and resistances on ROG Accessories (jewel, necklace, cloak, belt, bracer, ring), upgrading a stat or resistance by 1 is done via the combining trade window using an increasing amount of Phoenix Ash, Phoenix Dust and the highest level spellcrafting gem for the relevant stat or resistance.
The stat or resistance must already be present on the item, you can only increase the value of an already existing bonus. The upgrade cost depends on the current bonus for the chosen stat or resistance.
The dust cost formula to increase an existing stat by 1 on level 51 rog accessories is: 5 * new stat + new stat * new stat * new stat * new stat / 100, truncated.
The ash cost is always 3x the dust cost.
All upgrade require the highest level spellcrafting gem (Perfect). To upgrade the acuity stat any acuity stat (int, cha, pie, emp) gem will work.
To increase a resistance by 1 instead of a stat the dust and ash cost are tripled.
