Staff dammage for friar

Hello, I would like to know if the damage of stick for the friar was based on the strength (as it was before the reworking of the friar) or on his dex (as it was after the reworking of the friar)?

100% dex based. Check out the stealth changes in the wiki and the bit about the changes to the str/con poison, it refers to the Friar staff as dex based. http://playphoenix.wiki/stealth-changes/
