as of now, many raids are taking place and it did and will happen, that some players LD before the encounters die. We have received requests to grant the encounters from several players.
We are very sorry, but if you have LD, we will not manually add the encounter to your account. Please refrain from asking our staff to do so.
The same applies to quest rewards and selling reward items. We will NOT replace any item.
