Does anyone know of a functioning RA calculator? Or is it learning by doing?
The Nixian/Uthgard one doesn't work, as it doesn't have 9 stages to passive etc...
Would make it alot easier to plan builds... I'm struggling on my NS, to figure out what to get, and when
