Nice damage, and I don't know what class you're on / what armor you wear but with 19% effective resists I'm assuming Norse SB with 29% Slash-resists, no spec-AF .
Crit-shot and 3 rapid-fires (judging the damage is roughly 1/4th of the critshot, hence rapid-fire) takes a bit more time than 3 seconds but I get your point. This is where archers thrive - once you get to them in stealth without giving them the option to unload they most likely free RP's if your Purge is up.
Essentially this scenario for an archer is the same as you perfing a solo-caster.
