Celeste is back with another critical task for you in ARC Raiders, and this one puts you right in the middle of the city's fragile infrastructure. The Speranza leader brings troubling news: one of the electrical substations above ground has suddenly gone offline, cutting power to key systems underground. Worse still, the engineer sent to investigate the issue hasn't reported back and is presumed missing.
With no one else available to handle the danger topside, the job falls to you. Between fighting off hostile ARC machines, avoiding aggressive raiders, and scavenging for supplies, you'll now need to restore power for the good of the underground city. Your destination is the Spaceport region, where the substation sits abandoned and silent.

Where to Find the Electrical Substation
The Spaceport is a large and complex area with several possible spawn points, most of which place you closer to the central or northern sections of the map. Unfortunately, the Electrical Substation is located far too south, meaning you'll need to travel a fair distance to reach it.
Open your map and look beyond the main Spaceport complex. You're aiming to move past the Staff Parking area and toward the southern edge of the region, close to the Security Checkpoint. The substation itself is positioned well outside the main looting routes, which makes it easy to miss if you're not paying attention.
The safest approach is to skirt around the massive outer wall that surrounds the Spaceport. This allows you to avoid high-traffic areas like Control Tower A6 and Container Storage, both of which are popular looting zones. These spots often attract heavily armed raiders who are more likely to shoot first and ask questions later.
Once you reach the Staff Parking area, look toward the southwest. You'll see a hill that can be climbed, leading you directly toward the substation. Take your time moving through this section, as visibility can be limited and sound cues may be your first warning of nearby threats.
Investigating the Substation
As you approach the Electrical Substation, you'll notice something unusual: it's eerily quiet. Unlike many other locations in ARC Raiders, this area typically has very few ARC patrols, and it's rare to encounter other players here. Since the Power Out quest is heavily story-focused, most raiders don't linger in the area despite the decent loot opportunities.
This calm gives you a chance to explore without immediate pressure. Unfortunately, you won't find any clear evidence explaining what happened to the missing engineer just yet. Instead, your goal is to identify what caused the power failure and fix it.
Once inside the substation, you'll notice that the interior is divided into two main sections. Take a moment to scan the room carefully. You're looking for a fuse box that stands out from the rest of the environment. It has a large red light on top, making it much easier to spot than other electrical panels in the area.
