Farming Groups, Raids etc

I was curious as to what peoples plans were who want to play Stealthers here.

I guess there will be some farming required end game for Phoenix Feathers, as far as I know these drop in Epic Dungeons and in zones like Dartmoor, correct? Are these farmable by small man?

What will be the attitude of raid leaders? Will they only allow in certain classes or will all be welcome considering the new hit system and the autosplit of feathers?

Would we be better off creating a "farming" group to easily farm areas like Dartmoor and potentially have an easier time getting in to raid groups?

I haven't played the beta in the last few months, but back in August, September it was definitely possible to get into Raids as a stealther as well. From what I have experienced, the community was pretty welcoming to any kind of class. Of course, it helps being in a guild which is in an alliance, this should make it even easier to get some feathers as a stealther.
