This one keeps coming up. Doomsday about the state of phoenix, and people warning, "Well that's why they left, why I AM leaving, and mark my words you'll leave too!". Fix "it" or else!

2. SEASONS CHANGE
Looking at the population graph you'll see a HUGE drop at certain points. I find it Interesting the population massively drops in March. Let's consider reasons other than the usual are causing this;
Population dwindling could be more likely found in things that are difficult anyone to fix. Like the season changing.
Or, many may have wanted their winter fix of nostalgia, found it in phoenix, and if they're like me, will come back to check in on things as long as updates good or bad keep rolling in! And just maybe, all new things are popular! What changes were made to phoenix to cause this? Well check my tldr patch notes below for a laugh.

People should be aware that initial appeal to anything new will fade, come back, and fade. You can see the proof in the trend of. why the hell are we playing daoc again in 2019! Stop now, ask HOW are we wanting playing daoc in 2019?

If
a server is well maintained and sticks to it's initial purpose to exist.
Then
Patches and population for good ill, ultimately DON'T MATTER as much as the hype will sell you to think it does. The dedicated players who came to find Phoenix from mythic beta to live now WILL check back.

What do we like MOST when we slowly become the one of the "haters"? Making others who like something we hate, change their perspective; and hate with us.
