we had a fight with alb to day at berk guardtower then 1 mid come he kill us hib then he help alb to take gate down alb dont kill him is that allowed to help a cros realm with taking tower/keeps ?

There is no requirement for players from opposing realms to fight each other. They can choose to engage or not. As long as a player is doing nothing that is directly detrimental to their own realm or fellow realm mates then they are not cross realming.
