We want to concentrate the RvR action a bit. That's why we decided to open Cathal Valley until we reworked all keeps in the Frontier Zone. Besides that we created special level spots for a level range from 40 to 45 around the Teleport-Keeps in Cathal Valley. Once we finished reworking the keeps in the Frontier Zone, we will close Cathal Valley again to test them.
