cant make a toon

Check that you are not making a disallowed race/class combination. ie no maulers, or minotaurs, or something like a troll/runemaster. There is also an issue where if you have already logged in a character then try to create a new character there are problems with the creation screen. You need to restart the game completely before creating a new character.
