Are there plans to add personal mounts in a future release?

Title is self explanatory.

They have said they might add horses for PvE...but horses will never be allowed in RvR.

I personally see no need for this. Hasteners are everywhere and you can perma sprint easily as well. I've been all over the pve zones and never had to spend more than a few minutes traveling.

My real gripe with mounts is that it is a total immersion killer to have people constantly pulling fully grown horses out of thin air and be insta mounted too. Just looks ridiculous.

Ew please no. It'll make PvE feel like WoW, and that's gross. Hasteners are everywhere, and perma-sprinting requires basically a few RPs and a draught.

It's PvE, why does it matter to all you nay sayers? RvR is understandable, but PvE would be great. I miss my horse.

I have no issues with PvE and would vote for it 100%.

Unfortunately it always seems to escalate and before long people are now begging that since it's in PvE then it should be in RvR, and unlike a lot of people here, I personally think speed in RvR is what ruined it for so many people in the past.

Honestly thinking back, I don't remember mounts ever being in RvR on live server.

then you havent played in a while they have the same speed like bard/minst/skald for lvl 50 toons

I would like some horses which are a little slower than secondary speed at least it would make any class without speed a little less a pain in the ass if you arent near a keep to get hastener if your realm even owns it, I see more and more people just standing arround afk if the realm tasks are too far away and thanks to lots of fg roaming with max speed you often dont even manage to get there at all especially if your wall is camped aswell. Not even as a grey when you are worth absolutly nothing.

This server is supposed to be classic-like. Mounts in PvE isn't classic. It's the opposite of classic. They've done plenty for QoL, yet it seems like it's never enough for some folks.

If it's just for PvE then who cares, why not? I'd even like it for RvR as it makes non speed classes playable solo/small man.
