Hi, I’ve already sent a PM to a couple of GMs so hopefully they can look into it, but in the meantime just wondered if anyone knew why my account would be giving this message even though I’m registering for the first time? If there’s something else I can try please let me know....I surely can’t be banned before I’ve even begun?

No definitely no-one else in the household has ever downloaded it and this is the first ive downloaded it too. Very strange!
